Hotel is clean, staff are helpful but I would say out of the 5 hotels I stayed in Japan this was the most uncomfortable bed I also stayed in one of the larger suites to and it was still poor.

Overall a really good place to stay. The only downsides were: 1) Bathroom was smelling of mold, we tried to kill it with some incense oil but no luck. 2) you can hear all the noises from people living above you so if you are unlucky and they are patting up until late you cant sleep.

Absolutely loved staying five days at this hotel as a solo female traveler! Staff was very kind from check in to check out. My room was super clean and comfy. Although Japanese hotel rooms are smaller compared to those in America, I found there to be enough cabinet and storage space for me to open my suitcases or tuck them under the bed. The light breakfast was great and there were always refreshments in the lobby after a long day of walking! Area is also super walkable and close to Oshiage SKYTREE station, which made it super easy for me to travel through Tokyo. It was also very close to the Tokyo Skytee as you can see it from the roof of the hotel, had enough restaurants around it for me to have a nice selection of where to go after long days, and even a small aeon market. Will definitely be staying here my next trip with friends! Arigato gozaimasu One@Tokyo

I wouldn't know where to start, this hotel was honestly amazing. It provided everything and anything you can think of. The staff was so polite, the hotel was kept clean all day everyday and we had room servicing everyday. You can definitely stay here and get a bang for your buck, there's also a subway station like 3 mins away from the hotel which was also amazingly convenient. The only thing you should know is that the room is a bit more not he smaller side but honestly you'll be outside more than inside, this place is worth it. 10/10 loved it.

Everything you need for a short to medium stay. Good room amenities and plenty of space for central Tokyo even if some people have said the room is small it is really not too small for the area. Nice staff, walking distance to transport and major sights like Senso-ji and Skytower. I would stay again for sure.
