Comfy plus beds! Hassle free everything you could want and need stayed 6 nights and ate locally most nights. Great local neighbourhood, konbini short walk away and restaurants delicious! Perfect location to Oedo line.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property, the room was large, clean and had everything you need! If I had known i was going to love it so much I would have extended my stay here. There is good transport connections around this property too but no sights, it's mainly residential which was nice to be in the quiet for a little while. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, honestly highly recommend if you've been travelling a while and need some peace and quiet but still able to access many areas

our stay was comfy, clean and good value for your money. It had dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle in the small kitchen with cups, cutlery, plates, bathroom, two comfy comfy beds, linen was clean. just a great hotel to stay in esp if its for one night just to shower and sleep.

Check in instructions were pretty clear. Contact the hotel ahead of time to deliver luggage via services like Yamato. The stay was pleasant as I enjoyed the area. The bed was a bit stiff and I had an issue with the room but the staff quickly resolved it. The whole room feels more like an apartment and the kitched amenities are quite nice.
