Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. It came with a washing machine/dryer which was very convenient. The staff were bilingual and most helpful. The only area for improvement is the aircon unit which was inconsistent and pumped out warm sir which dried our eyes.

Great stay

Section-L properties are kind of a mix between hotel and apartment rental: they have 24-hour front desk and many amenities, washer/drier/microwave in the room, but no cleaning service (unless you pay extra). Overall, it was a perfect fit for our needs, as rooms that will accomodate a family of four are hard to find in Tokyo hotels. We loved our stay there and would certainly come back

The desk staff were really friendly the check-in really quick, free coffee in the lobby abd beautiful/clean room with everything you need. The only negative is that if you are 4 people, it is a struggle to fit your luggage in the space but we found this to be the norm in Japan. I would recommend and i would stay again mysefl!
