We stayed for 7 days with 2 children for a family vacation. Location was perfect! Quick walk to 711 and food markets. Train stations about 7 to 10 minutes walking distances. Very convenient, staff very friendly location are safe especially walking at night with the kiddos definitely would recommend it.

Hotel was great but had difficulty at check in. They gave me a hard time checking in with 3 kids. They told me the room was only for 3 so I should have booked 2 rooms. I told them that I booked looking for hotel that can accommodate 5 people. There hotel came up that there room can accommodate 5 people. They stated that I did not disclose the kids age and I advised them that I did when I was booking through Expedia. If they have issue with Expedia not telling them the ages of the kids, they need to take it up with Expedia and not me.
