Yes! The room was very clean. They do house keeping every two nights. Staff are very nice and courteous. The room set up is cute. The kids love the bunk bed set up!

Customer service was really great. Excellent location that felt safe. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and good variety. Only downside was the rooms were a little small for family of 4. Very useful to have laundry option but with only 2 avail you have to wait awhile.

Everything at the hotel was fair and clean. My one complaint is the cleaning staff dropped my glasses under the bed one day. So lucky it didnt get stepped. Other than that, everything at the hotel was fanatastic!

We booked Shiba Park Hotel for 4 nights during our stay in Tokyo and I wish we had stayed there for longer. It is a great hotel located in a quiet and leafy part of the city. The lounge area is beautiful and comfortable, the hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are also very comfortable and large which is not always the case with some hotels in Tokyo. We had a very pleasant stay and would love to stay there again.

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location! We loved everything about this place. Accessible to many subway lines and the JR Yamanote line as well. A quiet and walkable area away from other more hectic areas of Tokyo. Everything about this hotel was superb. This will be my go to hotel when I return to Japan! Btw—check out Fukki Ramen just a 5 min walk from the hotel. We ate there multiple times because it was that GOOD! The only negative would be that washer/dryer never fully dried our clothes. Otherwise it’s the perfect place!
