Location is good only 8 mins from the station. There are amenities avaliable too be pick up at lobby and weight for luggages. However, the room is dated and filthy. got stain in a few areas, dusty in the toilet, blood strain on the bedding sheet. There are only two washing machines and dryers in the entire hotel and they are small capacity (4kg?). It took 1.5 hours to dry the clothes.

Right it the heart of all the incredible shopping Shibuya has to offer, very walkable, easy to get to the trains, excellent food everywhere. Shibuya is a beautiful part of Tokyo, more family friendly than Shinjuku.

From the outside of this hotel it looked great. Once we checked in and went into our room it was a terrible room. Very small and no closet. The bathroom did not looked clean as a matter of fact my husband went to take a shower and he noticed a very long hair stuck to the shower wall (my husband does not notice things). I would not recommend this hotel in the future.

First time Japan tourists. This hotel was in easy walking distance from Shibuya station/Shibuya scramble. Overall the hotel was brilliant, staff helpful and clean but a little dated. Food options downstairs were great, She Wolf Diner is incredible. Great atmosphere and burgers. Couldn’t have probably picked a better location for the walkability. We went to the station each day and travelled all around Tokyo. Really enjoyed our stay here.

I arrived at the hotel and found out that I had accidentally reserved a room for only 2 people when we had 3 people. The manager bumped us up to a 3 person room without charging us anything extra. Very nice. Also lost a room key and was charged 2000 yen on check out but that's on us.
