Not as sparkling as I remember from ten years ago. Looking grungy and the mass of people checking in at 3:00 check in time was a drag. Limited amenities in the room too,, only a toothbrush. But staff members everywhere in the property are helpful and so pleasant but just overwhelmed.

Location was amazing, literally across the street from Shinagawa Station, and 7-11 in the hotel. Staff and service is great, however, rooms are extremely small, outdated, and dirty.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit worried, but in the end it was a pretty positive experience. Yes check-in is a bit laborious and the decor is a bit dated but the rooms were clean. Pro-tip - upgrade to larger room on an upper floor it is worth it. The extra money means still is a good deal.

The hotel was very convenient to the Shinagawa Station which is why we originally booked this stay for our group. Its a huge hotel property with multiple wings, stores, restaurants and bars. Initially it was overwhelming, but after one run from the room out to get dinner and essentials at 711 (also on site), I was really happy we booked here. There are a lot of food options in the immediate area if you want to explore and a 24/7 fitness center that had good equipment. We only stayed one night and it was fresh off a flight from the US, but I would definitely stay here again….Only downside was the room AC didnt get below 73 and we are hot sleepers. Honestly, it wouldnt stop me from staying here again, there was way more upside!

This property is old and showing signs of wear. I had an issue with the property. The hotel assistant manager was very helpful and accommodating immediately. The staff here is very kind and quick to try to help. Nice enough experience.

Conveniently located near SHINAGAWA station. Good room, clean and well appointed. Oart of a 3 tower complex. Excellent Japanese breakfast in the Annex building. Professional and friendly staff at all times. A pleasure to stay in the hotel. Would return.

Big hotel. Next to everything you could need- restaurants, 7-11,shopping arcade, bowling. Hotel has a pool. Shinagawa station is across the street. The station is convenient to everything Tokyo but because of that is extremely busy. Would stay here again.
