Hotel was clean, but first night had some issues where there was sound of running water from the washroom. Staff was helpful in getting us a new room pretty quickly. Not as close to the station as expected and entrance to hotel was a bit hidden.

We visited Tokyo and stayed at this hotel. The stay was excellent. Clean, the breakfast excellent, and the service first-class. The hotel's shuttle to the airport was very convenient and safe. I highly recommend this hotel. I hope to visit again on my next trip to Tokyo.

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel for the price I paid. The lighting in the rooms was terrible, there was a lack of powerpoints closeby to the beds and the bathroom is very small and difficult for more than 1 person to use efficiently. It was great in terms of location but that was about it
