Room was fine, but the laundry experience made it feel like they don't really care about it. There are 20+ floors and only 4 washers and 4 dryers. Dryers don't function well and my clothes were still wet despite being in there for 1 hour 40 minutes. This backs everything up since washers take way less time.

Pros: The amenities were all very good, and the location is very convenient. There are many konbinis around (including one inside the building on the 1st floor), there's a free luggage storage area, laundry room, ATM, and restaurants. The room cleaning staff was also very nice and thorough. My room had an excellent view of the city, which was one of my favorite aspects of staying here. Cons: The room was overall very clean, but just had a lot of dust when I first arrived. It seemed like no one had stayed in the room for a while. My main complain is the dust (there was also construction happening when I was there, so maybe that added to the dust). The bathrooms could also be newer. Overall, I would consider staying at this hotel again. Felt very safe for a solo traveler.

Location is good and convenient to have restaurants and konbinis downstairs but the beds and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable sleeping there was terrible. Good place to crash if u just need a place to nap and don’t care about comfort or having much space
