Extremely convenient for transportation by train, especially to and from Haneda Airport. Only complaint is the bed was very firm and as a side sleeper, it was too uncomfortable for a good night sleep. The pillows were also not great, one was hard and the other flat as a pancake.

I love everything about this hotel. Location wise, close to subway station Ginza line is just right around the corner. The J.R. line is about 8-10 minutes walk. Neighborhood is safe. There’s good restaurants around. Hotel staff were nice and accommodating. Room was clean, bed was comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. They also provide extra toiletries - hair mask, hair oil, hair straightener, etc!

Great hotel, with issue on room booking

Overall stay at the hotel was good and no issues. Room is fine and clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Only issue I had was upon checkin, where the hotel informed me that the room I bookedwhich was for 4 can only accommodate 2. So I had to book an extra room. I feel that hotels.com did not have accurate information from the hotel or the other way around. This basically hit my budget for the trip and risked us having no rooms for 2 of our group in a foreign country during a busy period.

Only 3-5min walk from train station, good restaurants around area and good variety. Great to have 2 rooms joined as an option for a family of 4 with 2 kids - they had their own bathroom. Friendly staff great service and nice touch with help yourself to toiletries in lobby to reduce waste.
