I am form the USA. It was my first time in Tokyo. The staff WERE OUTSTANDING! Great customer service. They really helped you out. Great rooms, and washing machines! I will come back to visit again! The restaurant was EXCELLENT! The breakfast serving team was superb. The food tasted great!

Didn’t opt for breakfast. Staff were very helpful with check in, check out, and laundry. Great location, and rooms were clean and space was well used even with how compact it was. Good sound proofing, I didn’t hear any other guests during our stay

The hotel is exceptionally well located in one of the best areas of Tokyo with easy access to shops, restaurants, transit, rail lines and is quietly located a block from the busy street. It was very clean and everything worked well. Just one point for those not used to staying in hotels in Japan, rooms are exceptionally - and I mean exceptionally small so be prepared for literally no space.

If you’re going to Tokyo and you want to get around conveniently, Ginza is hard to beat. Central, convenient, even accessible for people on wheelchair. You can get with most train lines walking. Lots of stores for shopping. Great restaurant scene. We would definitely come back and stay at this hotel because it’s clean, very close to Ginza station, staff is courteous, you can check in/out early or late with a small fee.
