The location was great! It's a short walk to the station and has a 24 hour coin laundry about a minute away. There are convivence stores down the road both ways which offer 24 hour service. The hotel itself was wonderful! Free amenities were in the hotel lobby and updated daily with different scents (bath powder) or flavors (tea). The hotel also offered free additional pillows for your room, but it was a first-come-first-served basis, so if you need an extra pillow, it's easiest to grab later in the night when they've come back from cleaning from recent checkouts. The only issue I personally had with the hotel was the locked air conditioner. With the fluctuating temperatures in Tokyo during April, it was a real issue to not have freedom to turn down the air on especially hot days rather than have it on constant heat settings. However, this was resolved after a few days, and it was adjustable for cooling the room. The hotel also will request to clean your room every three days, and only has the option for getting new towels or a full room make up, which isn't ideal if you have a ton of luggage and don't really need a full make up. We had to tie up our own trash bags and put them outside for daily pickup and either leave our towels in the bathroom for three days or bag them up and put them outside as well. Overall, I would happily book through this hotel again even with the little hiccups. Great location, wonderful staff and superb rooms.

Place that gets quiet at night, a short walk away from Kanda Station and Tokyo Station. I'd say "good value for the price you pay" but to be honest this is a better value/price ratio than I got out of any hotel I've been to in Europe or the USA. Will definitely keep them in mind for a future Tokyo visit. If you're tall like me: pay a bit more and get a room with a wider bed.

This property is very close to the train/metro system. There are lots of restaurants nearby and well as convenience stores. The room is very utilitarian. The pillow was rather odd, but there were others to choose from in the lobby. It was a very nice stay.

My hotel experience here has made me want to book all my hotels with Sotetsu Hotels. Amenities provided was excellent. Place was very clean and rooms were better than standard size. Staff will give their best and beyond to provide service. Only downside to the hotel was there were only two washing machines (would've loved if they were ensuite as well). Location was okay but not very interesting.

Relaxing stay in Tokyo

Enjoyed our stay at Sotetsu Fresa. It was the end of our trip so I was relieved that they let us check in early. It seems rare in Japan. I liked that there was a small sitting area in our room and actually could seat two people. Breakfast was okay. Not as much choice as other hotels but was good. Looking forward to try other Sotetsu Hotels.

I usually do not write reviews but this hotel made me to share my positive experiences. The hotel is in great location that it close to stations, restaurants and shopping centers. The area is safe and quite, and the hotel is cleaned and organized. but the main points is the great customer service and the frindly staff. They will support and help customers for any issues or concerns. They helped me to fill out the luggage delivery application and made sure evrything is going well which it removed my stress.
