Very good location, close to the Shimbashi station, easy access to other parts of Tokyo. Small room but it is normal in Tokyo. Friendly and helpful staff. It could be noisy as the hotel is right next to the railway tracks.

너무 좋았어요! 접근성도 좋고 직원분들도 친절하시고 좋습니다! 숙소도 깔끔합니당ㅎㅎ 신바시역 주변에 먹을곳도 많고 10분만 걸어가면 우동 맛집있는데 사토요스케 텐동 짱맛있어요… 긴자도 가까워서 새벽에 돈키호테에서 쇼핑하고 주변 가까운 편의점 많아서 좋습니다

The staff are very helpful from the arrival time to the end of stay. Check-in and check-out are both simple, with staff available to assist at all times. Left luggage is a breeze too, coming early and leaving late is never a problem. Room is big in Tokyo standard, and price is very fair.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Shimbashi Station, making it very convenient for transportation and exploring Tokyo. The room was clean and well-maintained, though it felt a little small. The window faces another building, so natural sunlight is limited during the day. The staff and service were outstanding—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The property condition and facilities were good, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is also nice, with plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. Overall, a good value for the price.

The staffs are accomodating. They can help us send / forward our luggage to the next hotel. We bought the breakfast package which include a set of japanese breakfast, or if you prefer there is western option. The breakfast voucher can be exchanged with anything at family mart next door worth 800 yen pp.

A lovely stay overall

Small but clean and cozy room. Just enough space to spread out my luggage. Train can be heard from the outside, which didn't affect me much but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Convenient location as I needed to go to Tokyo Big Sight for an event, and airport is also easy to access. Restaurant on 2/F opens until 11pm, which was perfect for me as the event lasted until evening. Family Mart located at ground floor, which was very convenient too. Would love to be back if I need to go to Tokyo Big Sight again.

Our stay here was awesome! The staff were very helpful, especially with my limited Japanese. They were also able to help us forward our luggage to the next destination in Kyoto. The room was very clean, and they offered so many amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in Tokyo who wants a station within walking distance!

It can barely fit one person even you book a 2 ppl room. You can even move in the bathroom and no space for luggage at all. Do not recommend if you are not travel alone. And we were staying the building next to the reception which means we had to move all our luggage up and down when check in/ check out.
