Both the lobby and our room have breathtaking view of the city of Tokyo. It is only about 10-minute walk from Ginza6 and Hibiya Town Center, and 15-minute walk to the Imperial Park and Castle. Staffs are both friendly and helpful. The hotel's breakfast was excellent although it lacked variety. We had breakfast there for 4 mornings and they were the same choices every morning.

The buffet for breakfast was very good but at 3300 yen ($22+) per person make sure you are hungry. The view out the window will be a favorite memory. GORGEOUS. Location within walking distance of the Ginza and very safe/clean. Comfy bed, good shower, smallish room for 2 people with luggage but the tiny sofa provides a staging area. Would recommend.

What's not to like ..

Wonderful hotel our rooms were ready on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is really well placed just minutes from Shimbasi station.. unless you screw up and get off at the wrong station then having got back on leave at the wrong exit .. it's 8 remember that!

The hotel was clean and fresh. Rooms are bigger than expected in tokyo which is great. Located in more of a business area so its a lot quieter at night which is nice. Close to a few metro lines so its very easy to get around tokyo.

This hotel has a breathtaking view to the entire city as it starts from the 18th floor. It is very nice and clean. The only thing to know is that when you are booking a twin room and the capacity is for 4 ppl, it is actually for 2 people. Unless you have a very small child or is used to sleeping in a small bed. Because their beds are double beds, which is slightly bigger than twin and it’s impossible for 2 ppl to sleep there.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel, compared to a year ago, the hotel is dated and the bed is a lot harder than we remembered. We like the location since it is close to Shimbashi station but you definitely will hear the trains even if you are on the far end, we have stayed at both ends of the building as we always booked the corner room since they are bigger but still feel crammed. We had to shimmy in on one side of our king sized bed.

Very nice newer hotel with high rise rooms. Breakfast wasn’t exactly western- runny eggs, boiled meats, no pancakes etc. but that’s not uncommon for Tokyo. Quiet areas was nice to come back to each evening.
