Exceptional hotel and staff. Location is terrific, close to the Imperial Palace and steps to the heart of Ginza. Rooms are large for Tokyo and really well laid out. This is truly THE place to stay in Tokyo. Great location. Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world.
