We stayed for a week and had a great experience. Service was great and staff was friendly. We checked out and were waiting in the lobby to board a taxi later in the day due to a flight delay. A staff came over and assisted us without us asking for help. Definitely recommend for anyone trying to stay close to Tokyo station. Breakfast buffet was definitely worth it so book your stay with it or you will be paying almost 3 times more for each visit.

We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our time. Very clean and staff are friendly. We didn’t have issues especially with the language differences. I gave 4 for facilities because we were looking for weights at the gym but didn’t have it so we ended up looking for another gym and the washing machines are a bit pricey. As for the area, it was good but was hoping for better shopping area close by but we had to travel far for this. Overall, we really liked our stay and would come back again. Kudos to the dining room & kitchen staff because our breakfast were amazing all the time!

The Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel was. Good choice. The service was great, near to transportation. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from at breakfast. I would stay here again no doubt!

I stayed here and it was great, service was amazing, family mart inside of hotel came in handy as well as the train station being a 4 minute walk. Only downside is it is far from great food places as well as most activities, it’s only close to Tokyo Disney. If you learn the train system you will be okay, cabs are pricey in Tokyo.

Lovely hotel amazing customer service and attention to detail. Staff were very quick and clear with check in and checkout. My group enjoyed the restaurant on site as well as the hotel amenities. Rooms were clean and as described prior to arrival and the hotel was absolutely beautiful in a nice quiet residential location 30 mins away from Tokyo we would highly recommend.

This was the best hotel I stayed in in Tokyo. It is very far from the city so the area is inconvenient everywhere we wanted to go we either had to take a taxi or multiple train and bus lines.

Amazing stay, clean, comfortable. The buffet breakfast is pricey but has a wide variety of offerings and its delicious. Only downside is the proximity to food/shops, but the train station is only a 2 min walk. Note: the 3-day Tokyo transit pass does not apply to this train line. Tickets will need to be bought separately. Overall my family and I had a terrific stay at this hotel!

We were treated, so well by the staff at this hotel! The girl at the front desk really blew us away! She was so helpful! I am an Expedia gold member, so they gave us each a welcome gift! The buffet was one of the best out of the 10 different hotels we stayed in during our Japan trip! The location is far from everything, but the service, & super cheap price for this place made up for that! We had a fabulous time here! This place is a 10!

The hotel is only 3-5 mins walk from subway station. Convenience store (family mart) right beside the hotel. Supermarket beside subway station. If you are going to Disney, that will be a good choice for you. Hotel is not in the city(Tokyo) but peaceful and only 15 mins away from Tokyo station by subway. Customer service is Excellent!!! Room is clean and size is above average than other hotels in Japan.

Very clean and staff was super friendly. It is close to the train station and Tokyo station is around 10 minutes away in train. Area was quiet and walkable. There is a Family Mart in the same building which is really convenient after a long day of walking.
