Hotel is just opposite Shiomi Station. Room is well cleaned and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Unique Christmas tree in a tank with fishes.
Bath salts are available if u need to soak in the bathtub.
Tea, coffee and bathroom items are free to take.

The property is very clean rooms are very spacious, the staff is excellent our daughter came they were able to add a third bed in the room and we weren’t cramped at all. There is a family mart inside the hotel 7/11 is a 3 min walk train station is directly across the street and 4 stops from Disney no transfers !!! I would stay here again !!! 10/10

The room was large however cleanliness is questionable. We found a half eaten sushi not cleared on the chair at the tatami area. As it was late when we checked in and we were just staying for 1 night, we did not raise this up to the front desk. Next morning we were rushing to Disney and hence did not brought it up either. Getting to Disney was relatively easy and fast.

Location was good, right in front of Shiomi JR line, easy access to Disney and about half hour to Tokyo station. Good sized supermarket and shop selling bentos next to train station. Breakfast was so so and was the same daily for my stay so recommend dont need to add if have time to venture elsewhere. Room size is decent and bath salts was provided. Overall good value for hotel if dont mind further away from central Tokyo

Great hotel! It’s right near the Shiomi station and so easy to travel to other places. Especially convenient if one wants to visit the disney parks coz it’s one strait train line n few stops away. The property n rooms were clean n I liked their breakfast buffet. Liked they had a convenience store inside the hotel too. Other than a couple who were a bit impatient, majority of the staff r super nice n welcoming. I enjoyed my stay here and I recommend in to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kaie hotel. We stayed 7 nights. Location wise, it was quite far from places like Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya, but if you don’t mind setting extra time aside, a train station is located just opposite the hotel (a minute walk). It was, however, very close to the Haneda airport and Disney. Located inside of the hotel was a small Family Mart, and if you couldn’t find something in there, there was another convenience store called Mini Stop about 2 minutes walk away or the grocery store Maruetsu just beside the train station. The staff were very kind and there was someone there who was able to speak English which is a plus. The room we stayed in had 3 beds, and was very clean and spacious for 3 people. They also had a nice selection of free amenities you could grab from downstairs near front desk. Other than the fact that the location was further away from some of our destinations, this was an amazing hotel. And I would definitely stay again!

The room was small but very comfortable. We were provided with slippers, pajamas, toiletries. There is also an assortment of amenities by the front desk like face wash, shave gel, toothbrush, and even customized your own bath salt. Hotel is right across the JR station, walking distance to a bento shop and mini mart. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

This hotel felt like a 4 to 5 hotel. The lobby and rooms looked pleasing and extremely clean. The room was a bit small, but my kids loved the bunk beds. The staff was courteous and accommodating. My only con, there is no lounge or work area to sit, only a small table in the library/laundry room. The pros: there's a small complimentary amenities area for everyday uses. A conveniently located Family Mart and cafe in the lobby. The metro is next door, and you do not hear it at night. The neighbourhood is quiet in the evenings. There are two "fast food" restaurants nearby, a MiniMart and a supermarket that sells ready meals as well. One metro ride to Disney and to Tokyo Station. I was satisfied with this hotel being conveniently located to everything I needed.

It was a great facility. Clean and spacious room. The amenities were good and easy access. In terms of staff, I find customer service is inconsistent. In general, staff are nice and polite but not accommodating. I needed an area for a call at 6:00am and one staff told me I can use the cafe as it is not open until 10/11am. The day of the call, another staff said I cannot use it and I would have to pay for a room that costs $200usd or use the baby change room behind the front desk. As this facility host many conferences and meetings, I would expect them to understand the needs of taking private business calls but not only they are not accommodating but actually not very helpful with offering practical solutions. I hope they can look into this type of requests for their customers in future.

The hotel itself was fancy and the staff were great. We had a couple of disturbed evenings / nights from kids running around outside our room and above us. Also the train station was quite noisy until late. We thought it was a convenient location with being on a train line. However, it was quite a distance and multiple train changes to get anywhere of interest. I wouldn't stay here again, but this is possibly bad luck due to the other customers and us not researching the location effectively.

This hotel is so beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The All Oar Cafe/Bar had delicious food and drinks. This location was right across tje Shiomi Station entrance, making it super convenient to get to your next location and great when coming back after a long day exploring Japan
