Great landing spot for our family. Good size for Tokyo. Staff was very friendly. Shower was amazing and I wish they sold the products they have in them. No need to bring shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer. The breakfast was not what I expected — basically choice of 4 frozen pastries and some instant soups that you warm in your room. Pastries were good. You might not want to pay for the breakfast ahead of time but just buy once there is you want to try it. There is free coffee downstairs. Comfortable beds. Location was great because close to Shibuya Scramble, but quiet. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya! It was about a 5-10 minute walk from most things like the train station but it was in a quiet area. The room was clean and quiet.

This was such a great property. We walked in and were greeted by the very friendly staff, they checked us in which made that very easy. The room was very nice and clean, with a nice little kitchen area and a nice bathroom. 7/11 very close by, and also walking distance to shibuya crossing and everything it has to offer nearby.

Great value for money, in a great location- if you want to be near cool restaurants, music venues, bars, shops and other fun areas! Shibuya station is so close, so very convenient.
