Clean, convenient. 6mins from nearest subway station. Lawson around the corner. Tsukiji market is right at your front door. I stayed in room with kitchenette and washer/dryer - that was a bonus. My only commentโ€ฆ the smoking room right next to the only elevator was not my favorite.

The room was well kept and clean. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Amenities were impressive as well as they were well stocked and had high end hair products in the shower.

The room was very good. The location is perfect. Step outside the Tsukiji fish market. 10 minute walk to Ginza 6 and shopping area. Lots of restaurants around area . Staff are very friendly. On our last night there, I called Go Taxi, but unfortunately the taxi driver couldn't find the hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond his duty and went around the block looking for the taxi driver He found him and took us to the taxi. I am forever grateful to him as we were trying to get a taxi to head back to airport to catch flight. This was one of my last impressions of how wonderful the Japanese hospitality is. I would definitely stay here again and tell my friends to stay here if they want to be near the market and Ginza area. Having the washer/dryer in room is bonus too

The staff super friendly. Great location. Loved that it had washer/dryer in room. Next to Fish market and about 10 minute walk to Ginza 6. I just walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby. It was perfect location for us on our last leg of Japan vacation. Next time I come back I would just book the larger room, that was my fault. They have the Refa hairdryers in room. Wonderful. I bought one to take back to Canada.

I loved the location of this hotel- right "in" Tsukiji Outer Market. It was also easy walking distance to trains, Ginza, parks an waterways. The hotel was clean, well appointed (I stayed in one of the kitchenette rooms) and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was excellent with all facilities required. Breakfast was a voucher but couldn't use because the place said open 7am but when I got there wasn't open until 11am. Better to get breakfast separately.
