(American) This hotel is boutique style. Very mindful of the things a traveler will need so they provide access to toiletries 24/7. English speaking staff made it a smooth check-in. Breakfast was really good, so good that you may not need to eat until dinner time 😂. 9 minute walk to train station and next door to convenient store.Id stay at this hotel again and recommend for your stay.

I had an excellent stay at VIA INN Shinjuku! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. Functional modern single room

Single room was modern and very functional for one person. Only downside was the single hard pillow although I never got around to asking reception for another pillow if available so that was on me. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was ok, not sure if scrambled egg was real but bread rolls nice and fresh.
