The heat was blowing out cold air, had to be moved from a king bed to two queen beds. Bathroom was not clean. Pool was freezing and the pool room was freezing . Too many chemicals as my granddaughter had chlorine rash

I had a bloody pillow on my supposedly “clean” new bedding. Fingernails on our floor and the pool was disgusting! Water was cloudy and there was hair all over floating in the pool. There were false eye lashes all over the pool floor we had to step over! Kids were running, screaming playing loud music all hours of the night above us! They had no other rooms to moves us to so we had to just change out our bedding ourselves and try to get through the night! I left a message with management and never got any response back! 0 out of 5 stars!
