All around good experience.

Comfortable, spacious room, lovely view of the river. Valet parking staff were conscientious in explaining about a charity run happening the next morning. Breakfast buffet was the best we've had in a hotel of this level. Breakfast staff members were cheerful and efficient.

I loved the room. The bed was quite comfortable. The gym was great. Plenty of choices for breakfast. I was disappointed that there was no housekeeping on my second day, and no fresh towels. I was busy, so I did not call housekeeping to request new towels.
