Everything was great. Until Mona dressed in black at the front desk opened her rude mouth. We simply asked her about our car not being ready from valet. She said "I already told you that i requested your car be ready." Then as were walking away she kept running her mouth. She proceeded to tell the other lady up front, that "i told her numerous times on the phone when she called". We called once this korning to request our vehicle. During this embarrassing moment for Mona, there were about 20 people in the lobby listening to her rude gestures. She just couldn't help but keep talking about she made her first statement.
This was at about 830 a.m.. 20 some people were in the lobby, waiting for their valet. Please review the cameras in the facility for confirmation. My questions for Hilton,
Is this rude behavior tolerable by Hilton?
Is this how Hilton wants their customers to remember leaving/checking out?
Not only did she display her emotional issues to one customer, but 20 some people were in the lobby witnessing this. Does Hilton want someone like this representing their business?
