Hi! We stayed as a weekend get away and to be closer to the Texas Renaissance Fairgrounds and it was an amazing time! The property was perfect for our group of two couples and our dog. Spacious and clean and super comfortable. The owner was super responsive when we had questions and accommodated us with everything we needed. The backyard area was completely fenced in which gave us peace of mind.

Great place to stay

We stayed 3 nights for a baseball tournament. This home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is very conveniently located. It is decorated very beautifully, and it had all the items we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble with the smart lock, but the owner was quick to respond and resolve our issue. The only complaint I had is that the back bedroom is much warmer than the rest of the house (especially during the daytime), even using the fans.

The home was great, nicely decorated, great kitchen/cute dishes, plenty of room for 5 people...a couple things we found that would have been helpful...Hangers in the closets, more accessible use of the smaller closet (roll-aways are taking up space), drawer space for guests instead of linens...Hook in bathrooms by shower for your towel & a few hooks for wet towels to dry, Hooks near entry for coats, sweaters, purses etc., Hooks in bedrooms would be very helpful also.Loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely charming!

We loved everything about this wonderful little cottage, from the holiday decor to the artwork, comfy furniture and spacious rooms. The backyard was such a treat! Very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is adorable and very close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Thank you!

We love Old Tomball

We visit Tomball a couple times a year, so we are very familiar with the area and this place was perfect for all the visiting we do with family and friends. The house was very nice!

Consistently Clean and Tidy

This is our second stay at this location and everything is absolutely wonderful. We notices how clean and tidy everything is and iit is well stocked with the basics you will need. I really appreciate the new electric tea kettle as that made things easier for both of us. The bed is very comfortable and my wife really appreciates the well organized laundry area. Stay here and you won't regret it. The owner is very reponsive as I had a small issue with the front door lock and the app but she resolved it quickly.

Armadillos in Tomball

Loved the location...just 3 blocks from Honour Coffee and Saha yoga... Somehow I couldn't work out that the 2nd bath was back around the living room, not that big of a deal. But, that shower needs a better showerhead, preferably a handheld. The middle bedroom desperately needs a ceiling fan. The back bedroom requires the thermostat to be set to 65 to make it moderately cooomfortable back there---balance the system? Also needs something to hang clothes on/in---like a small covered rolling rack. Family of armadillos came out to 'play' when the gardners showed up!

Excellent Home Away from Home

My wife and I make many trips to the Houston area and try to stay in Tomball when we can. Of all the VRBO's we have stayed at this is by far the best one. The owners have done an excellent job in remodeling an older home into a clean and comfortable place to stay. Everything about this stay was excellent. Usually I can find a couple of things that were not right or missing to make me comfortable but the owners have covered this well. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is up to date and well laid out, bathrooms are great and showers nicely done with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Location is great for quiet and easy access to resturants and the downtown area, really walking distance. While we there a storm blew through and left leaves and small branches on the driveway and front porch and the next day someone came by and cleaned it all up. Yard crew came and cut the lawn one day and so overall the outside is as well taken care of as the inside. WiFi is excellent and once I installed the front door lock app it worked well to give us access. Summary: You will not find a better place to stay in Tomball and the price is competitive to the others of similar size. This place is extremely clean and well furnished so I highly recommend staying here when in the Houston area, this will be our default from now on.

Cute house in great location!

We were in town for a few days for business and pleasure and this house was the perfect fit for both. The house had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything fun in downtown Tomball.

Great Stay in Tomball-TX

Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect. Our family had a meeting and some business to attend to in Houston, and the location and size of the property were exactly what we needed. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we required for a comfortable stay. What impressed us the most was the care and attention to detail that was evident in every space. Every aspect of the house, from the furnishings to the decor, was well thought out and beautifully executed. The proximity to downtown and local restaurants was also a huge plus, making it easy for us to explore the city during our downtime. Overall, we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tomball.
