The hot tub on your site was non existant. The water didnt work, the pool was closed- heater broke, no continental breakfast. The bed hurt my shoulders all night and the pillow went flat if you put your head on them. Worst hotel experience ever.

This was a cheap cheap hotel. While it was quiet, safe, the fridge cold enough to freeze items in it, warm, semi in good condition/clean, and the people working were quite kind, my room was not what I booked (two fulls, not a king), the shower leaked, the breakfast was non existent, the ice machine broke and the pool closed. (The pool, bed sitation and breakfast were factors in booking after price and location.) The snow removal (because of course this stay included a heck of a winter storm) was non existent, despite a snoe shovel being right by the front doors. None of this was enough for me to leave and find other hosuing but i will not be booking again here.

NONE OF IT! was provided! pool and hot tub was "out of order" which was not stated on app or when getting room, every morning there was NO breakfast, not even muffins or coffee. Coffee pots weren't provided in rooms. Had to ask for it. TV wasnt working. Shower had paint peeling off! The only thing good was the lady that worked dayshift. She was awesome. Had to fix my tv, found a coffee pot. Hallway smelled like pot smoke.

The first we were give had dog hair on the bed, pillows and floor! The bathroom was dirty and it hadnot been cleaned. We requested another room. The second room was somewhat cleaner, but we found live cockroaches in the bathroom and on the wall. Again we requested another room and this room was still not clean. We found many stains on the furniture, and old food under the bed. I have taken pictures to show the condition of each room. We eventually moved hotels before our stay was over. Unacceptable!!!!

Unfortunately, our room had no bath towels, no shampoo or soap and no hot water. No shower for us because the water was at most lukewarm, plus the missing towels issue. The bedspread smelled like vinegar. The complimentary breakfast from 6:00-9:00 was empty and dark at 6:30.

Well. I checked in my room last night. Got my key. Then left to go see family. I returned to the property at around 7am. I figured I would get a few hours of sleep before I head to the airport. When I got in my room, there were open beer cans on the dresser a bottle of water and a pot. Looks like there’s some kind of pasta in it that was BEYOND molded. I took a pic of everything. They proceeded to say that it was a workers room and they shouldn’t have gave me it. Although when I checked in the lady called a fellow employee to ask what room was available. In which they gave me the room in question “209”. After I seen the room, I went down to the desk to let the attendant know my concerns. By then it was 7:15-7:20. There is already two ladies at the desk wandering where’s breakfast they paid for. There is a sign on the counter that the desk is unattended overnight and a worker will be present at 6:30. Mind you it’s 7:15-7:20. I called the number on the paper and she answered and asked how can I help you and I said yes I’m at the desk and I need help. She says “why, are you checking out or something?” I said no. There is a problem with my room. There’s trash and molded food in a pot. She says “oh I know what room that is now that you mention a pot” okay so the employees know about this but just leave it like this? I’m glad I missed most the evening visiting family or this message would of went differently. I vow to never stay at a days on again.

The clerk at the desk was sweet and tried to do her best for me. The condition of the room however needed help. There was old cardboard under the appliance cabinet. There was peeling paint on the shower walls. The shower mat was stained. The floor was dirty in the bathroom all around the edges. The seat and lid for the toilet was loose. The tile in the bathroom was poorly installed and due to that held dirt in the gaps. It also took about 15 minutes of running the shower before the water temp got hot. The indoor pool was closed and there is no hot tub that was advertised on expedia. The reason I give 3 stars is for the price it isn't a horrble place to spend the night. I've slept in much worse. The beds were clean, the fridge worked, and the clerk gave me a bagged breakfast so I didnt leave hungry. It's not her fault I couldn't eat it given it was all carbs and I'm diabetic.

I want to start by saying, I have never left a bad review before. I understand nothing is perfect and when it comes to hotels have a very open mind. However, this particular room was awful. The floor was covered in dog hair, and was so sticky I walked out of my shoes several times. The only time we took our shoes off was to be in bed. The room smelled like wet dog and the hallway to our room smelled like dog poop the whole stay. The bathroom door was so rotten, I'm not sure how it had the structure to hang on the hinges and it didn't shut. The bathtub didn't drain. I called and asked for 2 fresh towels two times and never got any. There was no breakfast, the hotel website said there was. My bank account was charged three separate transactions. One for the cost of the room, one was for $50, and one for $1. I was told the $50 was a deposite id get back after checkout so it wasn't a loss but should be something I was aware of before it was taken out. I had the room booked from Thursday to Sunday and it was for Blizzard Bash weekend so we just delt with the room, I know that if I would have tried to find a new hotel I would have either paid quadruple, or just wouldn't have found one at all. We decided to just eat one day stay and left the hotel on Saturday.

While we were there two women got into a verbal confrontation and the police had to be called. They were yelling profanity at each other in the hall way for a long time and the police were called. One got arrested. There were a lot of shady characters hanging out there and there appears to be prostitution or human trafficking going on. The breakfast consists of a bag with a tiny muffin, breakfast bar, an apple, and a juice pack. The coffee was horrible and one day there was no cream. They only have powder cream. Part of the hotel also smelled like urine. Do not recommend this hotel especially if you have a family. Unsafe. Dirty. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

I think I stayed at this particular days in about 3 years ago. While the building is in decent shape and the layout is the same, it has gone downhill because of the management. When I walked in the front door it was fine but it just looked older, if you've ever been in motels and hotels you understand the difference between outdated and older and this just felt older. The staff was okay, they were very accommodating and helpful. When I went to my room, the door lock worked I walked in the place it seemed very sparse but that's okay. What I didn't like, was the fact that the air conditioning did not work. That was fine because I had to go out anyway and since I didn't leave anything in the room I could go ahead and just tell them at the front desk and they could go in fix it and come back later. While I was standing over the air conditioning system, I noticed my foot was sliding, yes sliding! I figured it was a fluke. I was dead wrong! I ended up walking around different parts of the flooring and I could slide all over in the room. Very strange. I believe it is because they have mopped it with something like Pine-Sol that leaves a residue and that's all they do is mop and mop and mop as a quick mop to get the floor clean for the next people, but all they're doing at this point is making it slippery. The staff didn't seem to care.

Bedding was clean. Old pair of shoes on sidewalk by front door, parking lot islands were weed patches and trash strewn around. Found someone's hot pocket in room frig along w 2 inches of ice on frig freezer. Hard to put anything in there Only one channel of TV worked sometimes. Desk clerk advised -aim remote at box- nope still not working. Sirring in room and heard something in bathroom. It was raining water from ceiling Called desk, oh I'll go up there. Water stopped about 20 min later Ceiling soaked and showed previous damage. Avoided time in bathroom in case it fell in. No ck back w me, offer new room, offer to mop and I had to leave to work. Breakfast at 915 AM was airport coffee with sweet n low or sugar packets I didn't expect tun down service or room service at this price point but come on, this is ridiculous! Requested refund, no response yet.
