The word I would use for this hotel is "tired." A shabby place. Every door and door frame chipped; elevator battered. Room dirty; heat erratic. A place no one seems to care much about.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Ramada for the state wrestling tournament. My kids LOVE it. It's a huge hotel, and the kids love exploring it. It's a little dated, but the rooms are nice. The breakfast has all the normal hotel breakfast stuff, and the attendants are really helpful. Will be staying there next year for sure!

It was very big. They only had 1 elevator working and it was kind of scary. There are many floors so you can take the terrifying stairs if you aren't on the 6-12 floors. It was fine though. I am sure if was better than most other options. The free breakfast was mhmm. So don't expect high quality if you stay there.

Poor service / rude staff

My granddaughter’s heat went out so I paid for a room for 3 nights for her and the children (ages 6 and 3). The front desk clerk was rude. The room door had a huge gap (see photo). The next day she asked for a different room for safety reasons and was refused. She used a towel to cover the door crack and asked for more towels, but they never brought any. She asked to have her room cleaned because her daughter was sick on the bed, but they never showed up. They never even picked up the trash.
