Bisha is conveniently located, beautifully decorated with statement pieces & artwork and both the bar & restaurant are impressive in terms of design & food. There is also a cafe which we loved grabbing something from in the morning (also reasonably priced!). However, the above was somewhat ruined for us by the hotel prioritising its non staying guests above its hotel guests. When we arrived late after a long flight, we were welcomed by extremely loud music & party people crowding the reception area so it was hard to get in with our suitcases to check in. Same on their rooftop bar/restaurant where we went for a night cap. Literally the last thing we needed after a long and tiring flight. This continued the following day when we went to use the pool, one of the main reasons for me choosing this hotel. Initially, staff were unable to seat us as all sunbeds were taken. They found us a pair but when we went over, some residents quite rudely said they were in use by other residents despite no items being there. When we finally got beds, they were practically touching other guests & there was a large group of residents next to us who had lots of friends, taking up lots of space & monopolising the pool. As the pool & beds are right next to diners, it was pretty uncomfortable to bathe & swim in front of them & every 5 minutes, diners would block the sun to have their photos taken by the pool. No exclusive areas for hotel guests so we did not feel special or looked after - such a shame

die Lenny Zimmer sind wirklich gut gestylt, grosszügig ausgelegt und die Betten sind gut. Die Aussicht von Köst im 44 ist grandios im Sommer, also nicht bei minus 10 ist der Pool sicherlich auch ein Bereicherung.
