Staff were accommodating and friendly - Chime was very helpful. Did not appreciate the extra $50 per day fee and with technology today there must be a way to have hotel room doors close quietly.

Pet friendly for my service dog, lady who cleaned rooms on our floor knew we had a service animal and caught us in hallway to offer fresh towels etc. vitamin drops in lobby for water is genius
