The room was spacious, and the queen-size bed was comfortable, though the pillows weren't great. I don't know why hotels don't use duvet covers these days. It was quite quiet, and I didn't hear any airplane noise. There was a door to the adjacent room, so if the neighbor was talking or being loud, you could hear it. Overall, I'd choose this hotel again.

Clean well equipped room . We ate in the dining room and our meals were excellent and the service was friendly and our server Tony went above and beyond to make us comfortable and looked after all our needs . I would highly rec this hotel and the restaurant .

Unfortunately, this hotel is showing noticeable signs of wear and tear. The shower had visible mildew or rust, and both the room and lobby were in disappointing condition, well below the standards I’ve come to expect from a DoubleTree Hilton. I was traveling with family and needed to do laundry, but the dryer was not functioning properly, which forced us to hang clothes to dry in the room. I had booked a 4 night stay but chose to check out after just one night and moved to a much better hotel.

The bed and bedding are extremely comfortable, the facilities really clean. All the staff members are friendly and helpful from front desk to housekeeping to wait staff in the lounge. We really enjoyed our forced stay here — Air Canada strike!
