The room had some water damage on the ceiling, which was patched, but not completed garbage throughout the hotel. Continental breakfast was a bagged breakfast, which is not too bad, but could have used some fresh coffee on a positive. Bed was very comfortable.

First and foremost when we checked in it was ok but customer service is a dire problem ,you have to find your way to the elevator. Secondly there is no "COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST".There is a brown paperbag with colf package snacks ,when i asked the receptionist started yelling at me ,i was scared he would had hit me .(i am very serious).i reported it to the other lady after i went back to my room contemplating if to leave or not ,but my husband surgery and mobility was limited ..i will not rebook that place again.

They had a electric heater/ AC in the room with a motor that sounded a car thats breaking down and they had locked the unit in a way that the guests cannot turn the fan off. It was almost impossible to sleep with that sound. I called front desk and she told me that its the same in all the rooms and she cannot do anything about it.
