When I arrived midnight and exhausted, the staff at the front desk told me that I had already checked in. It turned out that they mistook another person with the same last name and checked in that person. I waited for 25 minutes before they resolved the issue. This was not the end, the hotel charged me for two nights of parking when I had no car at all. Obviously, the other person they checked in may have gotten a car, but the bill went my way. Very poor management, quite chaotic in a way. The AC inside the hotel is quite noisy as well.

Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean for the most part. Unfortunately, the pull out couch bed was neglected. Stains on the cushions and the bed sheet was dirty.
