All was excellent at Royal York - but the clock tower experience was terrible- I payed for reserved seating and was 20 min delayed getting that seat . Took 20 minutes to get water . Ordered a cocktail and that was it 1.5 hours sat down and one drink only and it was very normal considering the cost charged per drink ..
