What you think you are booking is not what you are getting. When we arrive for our check in we were told we had to pay another large deposit. After that we were given check in access. When we final got into the unit it was nothing that we booked. Called the call centre and had a very rude lady that doesn’t want to help at all. We had wet laundry on the floor, wet laundry left in the washer, 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days and a 2 bedroom that is a 1 bedroom plus den with a curtain as a door. Don’t rent from this company if you have any type of standard. They don’t care about all level of service or the guest experience at all.

The location is prime for downtown access. Very close to decent restaurants. However the property is not well maintained and dirty. Carpeting was so dirty and smelly. Queen sofa bed broken and so dirty, and could not be used. It was a horrible experience. Communication with manangement was so poor, i would rate 0. I had to have dirty carpet removed from room. Towels and rags are coarse and fuzzy, like they are not washed/ rinsed properly.

If you are travelling to Toronto to catch a Jays game don’t pass up this location. Just blocks to Roger’s, Sobeys right close, very walkable area within walking distance to Kensington Market. Secure building was perfect for me and my hubby along with my mom. Very clean

Good location and clean apartment with everything I needed. Communication was quite challenging though and added unnecessary stress to a last minute travel situation. All worked out in the end but the 24/7 communication support was not most definitely not 24/7.

The arrangement to get in to the apartment is a bit lengthy and confusing. Then back down and out with the parking fob to get into the parking garage. The front desk will not help if you have any questions as it is not a hotel. Apartment was very clean. Lovely lay out, everything you need! Once we got past the check in hurdle everything else was great!
