Just okay

The service was good, but I had a few issues with my room that affected my stay. The water in my bathroom was shut off, making it impossible to use the shower or toilet. After contacting the front desk, they restored the water, although in my opinion, it should not have been turned off knowing that guests were staying in the rooms. The air conditioning also turned on by itself, and the room temperature dropped to 15 degrees.

We got a room that was really far away and on the main floor, which we don’t like and there seems to be some sort of generator right outside our window that’s a very loud and annoying, continuous noise It is 8:17 PM and I’m hoping that this noise is not gonna remain on throughout the whole night because we know we will not be able to sleep

We had to hike all the way around from the parking lot to the back entrance with our luggage, then it was another long hike to the elevator. When we got into our room there was still a dirty washcloth in the shower from the previous guest. Then the front desk gave my in-laws the wrong room number (which happened to be our room) and almost wouldn’t give them a different room number saying that they could just share a room with their son (my husband) and I. Overall, I was not impressed with much about our stay. I will add though, that breakfast was decent, and the bed was pretty comfortable.
