The hotel itself is great, welcoming staff and front desk agents are professional and energetic. However, the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 10 and woke me up. Before I could get to the door, they started to enter my room thinking I was gone. Check out is at 12 and when I asked her what time check out was, she said she didn’t know. Then began to laugh at me as an opened the door still in my pyjamas and messy hair.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Only coffee in the room, no tea. Check in was lacking - due to the long line up…. Also they Cole Ted information of all guests not just primary guest. Meaning they typed in the drivers information even though we did the online check in… that was odd. Lack of parking, isn’t great. Do not park at Hyatt regency, weird payment system from 5pm to 5am and 5am to 5pm…. I would need to be up at 5am to pay for another couple of hours, so we paid the full 10$ from 5am to 5pm… 4$ per half an hour. Elevators would be better if they didn’t have the loud beeping sound, since our room was close to the elevator.
