The foyer when you arrive at the hotel is a little underwhelming but the staff were courteous and efficient. The room was spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. We booked a room with breakfast and we really enjoyed the variety of breakfast items and service in the restaurant. The gym was a nice surprise as it was better than most hotel gyms. Clean with a variety of weight options and cardio machines. It was extremely clean. The location of the hotel was ideal in the centre of the city. We will be back for sure!

There was a strange smell in the room when i first walked in, and I noticed that the carpet had crumbs on it. Additionally the shower didn't seem like it was cleaned after the last use. I expected a clean place so it was rather disappointing to see this given how much I paid. Besides that, everything was fine and I appreciate the customer service.

Great location for our needs. Cool vibe inside. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy and staff were very pleasant. They didn't have kettles in the room and we had to ask for it to be brought up to us, along with some tea - but not really a big deal. The room had a mini fridge (empty) to store any food that we had. The BIG NEGATIVE was the hotel restaurant (that is run separately - but still part of the overall hotel experience). We told the waiter about a severe, anaphylaxis sesame seed allergy and when the salad arrived - there were SESAME SEEDS sprinkled all over the salad - as a topping. Absolutely inexcusable.
