Staff were super friendly, breakfast was decent and room was older but very comfortable beds. Only thing negative was parking was hard but find if you come in the evening. Overall imI would recommend this hotel for a decent price.

Globally the full hotel need deep refurbishement. the hot tube was plugged, no bath room was not so clean, and overall all the room smell smoke and dirt. supposed Continental breakfast is not as called, but rather a limited breakfast, doesn't unclude any hot meal. Coffee as expected was horrible.

They don't even have water in the room/floor. Even in the reception area, there's no water. Even after asking them, they didn't refill it; they suggested using a vending machine which takes only cash. Worst hospitality.

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room's toilet was plagued by a non-stop running water issue all night, and to make matters worse, the toilet bowl had no water in it. The constant sound of running water made it impossible for me to get a wink of sleep. There was a hot tub in the room with a fan unit above it that spewed out black debris when turned on. The robe in the room had a nasty stain on it. To add insult to injury, the room didn't even match the pictures advertised on Expedia, which was extremely misleading. To make matters worse, many of the staff members seemed to struggle with speaking English, which made it difficult to get help. The staff I did manage to communicate with were unhelpful and unprofessional, and when I asked to speak to management, I was told they were unavailable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
