The room was spotless-great view of city and a little bit of Lake Ontario! Staff were super helpful and the location was really convenient. VERY close to Union station and many restaurants and bars! Loved it!

Room and staff excellent. Bistro bar beautiful room, looked like a good menu but noise level unacceptable. Had to go out in the freezing cold to find a place to eat where we weren’t being bombarded with noise. Really need to do something about the acoustics in the bar.
