The check in process was great. The set up to keep your items secure is a bit lacking. There is only a small desk drawer that has a key, but if you have a large bag it stays in a common area. Overall, a pleasant stay. Easily walkable area. Polite staff. I would stay again.

During a recent business trip to Toronto, I decided to stay here. I had never stayed at a pod hotel before and the idea fascinated me. Overall, it was a good experience and if pod hotels are your thing, you will find a clean, friendly environment here. Th neighborhood is safe (the location is situated next to a criminal justice/court center) in a quieter part of downtown. The staff were constantly cleaning and keeping the place looking neat and tidy. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of some places to eat and the Metro Convention Center. While this experience taught me that pod hotels are probably not for me, I’d encourage you to give it a try if you never have before.
