Asked the staff to clean our room and was not done. They entered our room to clean even though we had the sign on the door for them not too. Wish they had table and chairs in the rooms for somewhere to eat.

Room 203 sits directly above the lobby sliding doors, which sounds like a car is crashing into the building every 10 minutes and it doesn’t stop until late until the night. I told the girl at the desk in the morning that I didn’t sleep very well because of that and she just smiled..

Wouldn't stay here again. Even though fitted and top sheets were clean, the mattress cover and topper were very dirty with multiple urine and blood stains. Absolutely disgusting. Had to switch rooms. New room had the smallest stand up shower (no tub) I've ever seen. Not enough room to even get out from under the running water or to lift a leg to shave it. Both rooms had an odd smell. Even though the deposit was returned, a $300 hold per room for one night is excessive.

This place is easy to get to from the highway and far enough away from the chaos of the city and surrounding areas. Everyone who works here is so kind evem allowing us an earlier check in with no hesitation. Food is very close and beds are comfortable.

Quality In

Staff was great and welcoming. Only advise is perhaps turn on the AC before the guest arrive. Room was humid and a little smelly due to the humidity.
