Friendly and efficient reception staff. A special thank you to Melody for taking the time to make sure our shuttle bus reservation was taken at the right time. The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. I do have to say that on the whole I'm disappointed with the quality of food being served across the hotel chain though. Please review how much you are spending on this for your guests
