Lovely compact little condo. Perhaps can adjust entry instructions by adding that you need to scan the fob in the elevator to go anywhere. Luckily some kind folks pointed that out.

The apartments looked nice. The company that rents out these apartments uses a website that you have to register with to pay them and get access to the apartments. Because we were traveling we did not receive our link to register until just a couple of hours before we arrived at the property. When we tried to register we kept getting an error message with no guidance regarding what to do if you could not register. We ended up finding some alternative accommodation which cost us more because it was on very short notice. The security guard at the property said that the problem we had is a common occurrence at the property. I did some reading about the hostify and it seems that others have had similar problems. This is the worst experience that I have had booking something through Expedia.

Good location for Mirvish Theatre. Clean modern apartment. Cosy but ok for 2 of us. Easy check in with good host communication. Sparsely equipped kitchen so would not be able to do meals there on a longer stay

Location is great. The vew is nice and the room is a good size with a great kirchen. We never received our welcome email thoughso we knew nothing about reserving parking ahead of time, i called to get the email sent and by then it was too late all the parking was taken. Disappointing since the reservation details said parking included. There is other lots nearby though so it worked out. We also arrive to see our lock box was open with no room key. We had to call and someone brought us our key. When getting into our room the dryer was going with bedding and towels, little strange but fine. The room is nice and clean enough but dont look to closely, deep cleaning does not happen. The rug was dirty, bathroom baseboard dirty, the bath mat was soaking wet and the bathroom fan does not work. The kickboard under the kitchen cabinets was also fallen down and off when we arrived. Maybe it was hit while cleaning happened. Overall its a nice room, but a few tjings threw us off.

Just some odd things like the shampoo bring the only bottle in the shower. We found conditioner and a travel sized cleanser under the sink with cleaning supplies. The coffee machine has the wrong pot so the water doesn’t filter through the ground and is unusable and causes a mess. Random sheets and towels in the dryer. Other than that, it was a fine stay.

Parking was an issue. Under hotel amenities parking is listed as self parking available for $30 a night. I was told no more parking was available when I got there. I was sent a link to find my own parking which ended up being 10 minutes from the hotel. I picked this place specifically because parking was available.

Terrible experience at this property. Did not receive the room that I booked. I had booked a room with a queen bed and was given a double bed. When I arrived there were sheets missing from the bed. I eventually found them hanging in the closet and they were damp. Sadly, I had to use these damp sheets to make the bed . There was dry glue coming from some of the floor panels and the towels and bathmat were stained with the same colour floor glue. The walls in this room were not fully painted and it was very noticeable. The kitchen cabinet pot lights would not turn off. I had to stand on a chair and go into cabinet above stove fan to umplug the cord. In my years of traveling I have never experienced anything like this. This room was in a horrific state and should have never been given to me or anyone to stay in. It was nothing to what the pictures on the site showed. It was if I was staying in a rundown cheap motel, yet paying a hotel price. If you are considering staying at the RS Suites - Eaton Centre you will be making a big mistake. I had talked to three different representatives on the phone during my stay and they kept telling me someone from the finance department would be getting a hold of me to see how I could be compensated. Sadly, no one ever did.

My experience at this property was completely unacceptable. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was assigned three different rooms throughout the night, and none of them had keys available — the keys were missing from the lockboxes. I was left stranded for over two hours late at night, unable to access any room, feeling unsafe and exhausted. Throughout this ordeal, the property staff refused to communicate or assist. It wasn’t until Expedia intervened and offered to move me to another hotel that I finally received a response. The following afternoon, a staff member came to my door to change my room yet again, which I refused, as I had lost all trust in the property’s management. This experience showed a complete lack of organisation, accountability, and basic guest care. I strongly urge Expedia to review this listing carefully, as this property fails to meet even the most basic standards of safety, service, and professionalism. The business refuses to compensate for the lack of room and left up set.

The baseboards were broken and a pile of old baseboards beside the washing machine. The paint on the walls was in bad shape. The towels were still wet and in the dryer. Overall disappointed by the overall appearance and cleanliness. Instructions could have been better with the key and fab. I couldn’t get into the hallway this morning to put back the keys.
