It was great! Staff were kind. My key card didn’t work while I was there and they promptly assisted by having someone accompany me to my room each time. Kitchen area was super handy and the room was spotless!

Room size was good. Kitchen was a nice have for a longer stay. The pull out sofa was poor. The sheets were dirty and garbage was found under the couch. It was still there after it was reported. Will try a different place should I return to the area.

Concerns Regarding Our Ongoing 2-Night Stay

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent 2-night stay at your hotel. While we had looked forward to a comfortable and enjoyable experience, several issues during check-in and in our assigned room have left us dissatisfied. We had specifically requested a high-floor room; however, when we arrived at approximately 8:00 PM, the front desk assigned us a room on the first floor. This was especially concerning as we witnessed the guest who checked in immediately before us being provided a room on a higher floor, which suggests that our request was either overlooked or disregarded. Furthermore, at the check-in desk, I noticed a printed list of available rooms. The left-hand column appeared to be marked or allocated, while the right-hand side showed no such markings—implying that there were still unassigned rooms available. Despite this observation, we were told that no higher-floor rooms were open. This inconsistency felt misleading. If our request could not be accommodated, a courtesy notification or explanation would have been greatly appreciated. Open communication, even if the request cannot be fulfilled, is always preferable to having it ignored or dismissed. Additionally, the level of service provided felt inconsistent. The guest before us received a full orientation regarding breakfast, Wi-Fi, gym, and swimming pool access. In contrast, none of this information was offered to us until we specifically asked.
