Rooms were clean. Amazing view. Lots of privacy and easy access to all Toronto. Especially Eaton Center, Nathan Phillip Square skating. We love it and go every year between Christmas and new years. We also love hanging out in the lobby. And u get underground access to the mall too

Great check in experience Room has a great view of Nathan Phillips square at the Richmond tower Grab and go breakfast at dual citizen was fine but overpriced. Pool area is great but lacks a hot tub
