**Booked the room 3 days before the trip so I'm sue that affects the whole process** Got a text the night before with instructions and the day of I got another one with someone reaching out to meet us at the property. Checkin was a slight hassle but quickly resolved our issue and got to our parking spot and up to the room. The room was amazing and the views might just be unbeatable.
