On the better side of decent

Was in Toronto for a few concerts. Hotel is a short ($8-$10) uber to Kipling station, which will get you to-and-from downtown Toronto. Property is a little rundown, but the beds are comfy, our room was clean and the staff was nice. Would be more than fine for an over-night or for people that only need a place to sleep.
