Staff support was poorly lacking. We first requested to check out 30 minutes late they refused later there were some negligence from their side which they know suddenly they changed their policies and allowed me within 15 minutes to stay for one hour extra. I refused and checked out 30 minutes earlier.

Problem #1 Tub drain stopper is not working. kids were happy that there’s jet tub in the room, but the drain stopper is not working. I let the receptionist know about our concern. She said she will make a note to send maintenance the next morning. The next day, maintenance came to fix it. Our family went out for the day. When we came back at 7pm, everybody wants to have a bath, only to find out it wasn’t fix. I complained again, and requested to move to a different room. We were moved 2 doors away. The tub drain stopper works, but the knob to turn the jet tub is missing! How the heck are we going to use the jet tub! Fine, warm bath will do. Problem #2 Sink drain is clogged
