When we arrived the cleaning person was still there and that made my family very uncomfortable and statled them. The floors were warped and hurt one of my childrens foot. The balcony was very dirty with broken glass that also hurt one of my childrens foot. When we arrived we had to give our information at the concierge (which was ok) but was told our keys to get into the condo was in the room. So no fob to get in and out of the building and also need a fob to use the elevators 👎 Never staying there again. If i had known it was like this i would have stayed somewhere else and having to call other places to just get access or even help was very annoying. Very expensive for a very poorly operated and maintained apartment 👎 never again and wish we could have got a refund

The place is in a good location, very close to union, and it was decently clean. However, I don’t recommend booking this place until they fix the floors. We stubbed our toes multiple times due to the floor lifting up and pieces missing, which they are attempting to just cover with a mat. It’s very unsafe. When I emailed them to report this and ask for a partial refund I never heard back. Terrible service.

After years of booking with Expedia, this was by far the worst property I’ve stayed in. The apartment was in terrible condition—broken mirrors, damaged vanity and blinds, cardboard over a window, and a mouldy shower curtain. Only the bed was clean and comfortable. Expedia refused to help since I chose “pay at property,” leaving me stuck for 10 days. The property kept promising maintenance, but no one ever came. The photos are misleading—AVOID this place at all costs.

The location of the property was amazing but unfortunately the coffee pot was the incorrect pot for the machine and was unusable and the toaster was broken and unsafe to use and there was not an extra blanket for the sofa bed so I had to sleep with just a sheet. When I messaged management on the first day about the issues they assured me they would take care of it. They never brought me a blanket and never replaced the appliances. It was very frustrating as we were there for 4 days.

Upon arriving at the property, the staff were unaware of my reservation as I did not have a unit number or parking lot number provided to me. This lack of information was due to Expedia not supplying these details prior to my arrival. Consequently, I had to park in a different location, which resulted in an unexpected charge of $30, despite not utilizing their parking facilities. I kindly request a refund of the $30 charge, as I opted to pay $45 for parking at an alternative location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Nice apartment. Too many different steps to check in. Bathtub qas grungy. The amenities were great. Fantastic location. Very secure building. I would stay there again.

The apartment was clean, well maintained and we loved the amenities. The elevator up to the 23rd floor was very difficult. It was often full and at least one elevator was down the whole time we were there. Other than that, it was a great stay

I’m not happy that Expedia did not advertise this would be a 3rd party booking and it took us an hour and a half to get checked in and up to the room, by which time we missed the entire reason for coming to stay in the city.

Floor in room was in bad condition and my 19 yr old daughter stubbed her toe very badly, it’s been a week and she’s still limping. I let the property know and no one has gotten ahold of me to rectify the situation. I’d upload photos of the floor to show but it doesn’t give me an option. I paid close to a grand for a 2 night stay, and I feel it was overpriced for the condition of the floor and the injury to my daughter. No compensation was discussed in regards to this. Not pleased at all.
