The air conditioner must be turned of by 9pm as request by the owner for environmental reasons

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and a short 1.4km drive to The Dunes Shopping Village shops (supermarket, bakery, pizza shop, bottle shop, wine bar and more... The Flying Fox park on the beachfront is nearby. On and off-street parking available, double gates allow jetski or small boat parking in the backyard.
