All the staff were excellent.Room was clean although very small(213). I always enjoy my stays at the Derwent. Disappointedly Alberts was closed and therefore the two reduced price drinks on arrival day were not available although the vouchers were still in the room.

Great Stay for a family

It was a great stay, the kids had fun in the pool, and the breakfast in the morning was good too. Room service was nice and the staff were polite too. Parking wasn’t free but was right next to the hotel, overall a great stay.

We had a lovely stay in Derwent hotel. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The rooms were clean but need a upgrade. We enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast was fine but need to include more choices.
