Disappointed!

Great location. However, shower had no attachment so had to hold, oven didn’t work, microwave was burnt and damaged so didn’t dare use. Mentioned this to host but nothing was done. The tv didn’t work either! Also, when booking with you it said bed linen and towels included, but we had to pay an extra 10 euros each when we arrived. Don’t rate Novasol at all and wouldn’t use again. Tried to message you while we were there and got no response either. It was meant to be a special holiday away with my daughter. Think you need to look into this.

Cadre magnifique mais équipement à rafraichir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le Golf la Torre que nous connaissions déjà. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et à l'écoute. Par contre, le lave-vaisselle est vieux et défaillant, il doit être changé. Les boutons de la machine à laver fonctionne 1 fois sur 5, c'était agaçant et le four n'a pas de puissance. Il faudrait songer à les remplacer. Le ménage peut être amélioré. Pour le reste c'était très bien.
